Privacy Policy

This policy covers data processed by StoreA Pro (our Shopify app and infrastructure), not the mobile apps you publish through our service. Your Shopify store data (customers, orders, products) remains governed by Shopify's policy and your own — we do not have access to your orders.

Data We Collect

Account (Firebase Authentication)
Email address and basic account info you provide.
Orders (Shopify / StoreA Pro server)
Order identifiers and status needed for transactional notifications. No payment card data is stored by the app — payments are processed directly by Shopify.
Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging / APNs)
Device push token and your notification preferences/permission state. Stored on our secure server (storea-pro.com) and in Firebase.
Server (VPS — storea-pro.com)
Minimal customer profile data and technical logs strictly needed to deliver app features and notifications.
Stability & Diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)
Crash reports and technical data (device/OS/app version) to fix bugs.
Firebase Analytics
Aggregated usage events (screen views, add to cart, checkout, purchase), device/OS/app version, and anonymized in-app user properties.
We do not access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not perform cross-app ad tracking. No ATT prompt is shown.

How We Use Data

  • Provide app features (account, product browsing, order tracking).
  • Send transactional notifications (order confirmed, order shipped).
  • Send marketing notifications if you opt in (optional).
  • Improve the product (aggregated analytics) and stability (crash reports).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and user support.

Legal Bases

  • Contract performance: Operating your account and orders.
  • Legitimate interests: Security, service improvement, diagnostics.
  • Consent: Marketing notifications and certain analytics where required.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with:

  • Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics.
  • Shopify — store and payment APIs.
  • Our VPS.

These providers act on our behalf under our instructions.

Location of Processing & Transfers

  • Server data: Our VPS.
  • Firebase/Google services: Google Cloud regions configured for our project.

Retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active.
  • Push tokens & preferences: until token rotation/revocation or app uninstall.
  • Technical logs / Crash data: retained for a reasonable period, then deleted.
  • Analytics: retained for up to 14 months (then aggregated/anonymized).

Your Choices & Rights

  • Notifications: Enable/disable in the app and/or your device settings. Marketing notifications are optional.
  • Privacy rights (subject to local law): access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection.
  • Contact: support@storea-pro.com (we may need to verify your identity).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and Firebase/Shopify security best practices. No system is perfectly secure — please report any suspected incident to support@storea-pro.com.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). If a child has provided us data, contact us to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
