Do I need to know how to code?
No. StoreA Pro is designed for merchants, not developers. You configure everything from the dashboard, without a line of code.
How long until I have my app?
After configuration, your app is built and delivered in 24 to 48h. Submission to the stores may take a few additional days.
Will my app really be customized to my brand?
Yes. Colors, logo, icon, app name, navigation, content — everything is configurable from your dashboard.
Is it compatible with all Shopify stores?
Yes. StoreA Pro works with all Shopify stores, regardless of your theme or installed apps.
Can I switch from one plan to another?
Yes, at any time from your subscription area. Billing is adjusted pro rata.
What is a "build"?
A build is the generation of your app file (APK for Android, IPA for iOS). Depending on your plan, you can request 1 or several per month.
Does the app only work in English?
No. The app supports French, English, Spanish, and Arabic.
Is there a commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No hidden fees, no penalty.
How does the app integrate with my Shopify Admin?
It's an embedded app inside your Shopify Admin (via App Bridge). You configure everything — design, content, notifications — straight from your Shopify Admin.
Do I need to re-submit the app for each change?
No. Changes to design, content, notifications and home sections are pushed in real time, with no new build or App Store/Play Store re-submission. A new build is only needed for rare structural changes (app name, bundle ID).
What does App Store / Play Store publication cost?
Play Store is a one-time $25 fee (lifetime, on you). App Store is $99/year (on you, required from the Pro plan). StoreA Pro handles the submission; you own the developer accounts.
What happens if I uninstall StoreA Pro?
Your mobile app stops working (the backend is disconnected). Your Shopify store data stays intact. Uninstall is GDPR-compliant: app data is automatically purged within 30 days.
