Terms of Service / Conditions Générales d'Utilisation

StoreA Pro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables Shopify merchants to offer a customized native mobile application to their customers. These Terms of Service govern the access to and use of the StoreA Pro service by any subscribed merchant.

• Access to the service requires a paid subscription from the available plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency).
• A unique license key (licenseKey) is assigned to each merchant and linked to their active subscription. The merchant's mobile application requires a valid licenseKey to function.
• In the event of suspension or termination of the subscription, access to the service and mobile application will be interrupted at the end of the current billing period.

• The service must be used in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
• Publishing or distributing any illegal, misleading, defamatory, or third-party-rights-infringing content through the generated mobile application is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to circumvent the service's security mechanisms (APK decompilation, request interception, licenseKey spoofing) is strictly prohibited.

• The generated mobile application is made available to the merchant for exclusive use within the scope of their active subscription.
• The application source code, the StoreA Pro platform, and all its technical components remain the exclusive property of StoreA Pro.
• Assets provided by the merchant (logo, icon, images) remain their property.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at storea-pro.com/privacy.

• StoreA Pro is not responsible for the content published by merchants in their Shopify store or mobile application.
• StoreA Pro is not a party to any commercial transactions between merchants and their customers through Shopify.
• StoreA Pro commits to implementing reasonable measures to ensure service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted uptime.

• The merchant may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard.
• Access to the service and mobile application is maintained until the end of the current billing period, without pro-rata refund.
• StoreA Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca (Morocco) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

StoreA Pro est un service SaaS (Software as a Service) qui permet aux marchands Shopify de proposer une application mobile native personnalisée à leurs clients. Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (CGU) régissent l'accès et l'utilisation du service StoreA Pro par tout marchand abonné.

• L'accès au service nécessite la souscription d'un abonnement payant parmi les plans disponibles (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency).
• Une clé de licence (licenseKey) unique est attribuée à chaque marchand et associée à son abonnement actif. L'application mobile du marchand nécessite une licenseKey valide pour fonctionner.
• En cas de suspension ou de résiliation de l'abonnement, l'accès au service et à l'application mobile est interrompu à la fin de la période en cours.

• Le service doit être utilisé dans le respect des Conditions Générales de Shopify et de toute législation applicable.
• Il est interdit de publier ou de diffuser tout contenu illégal, trompeur, diffamatoire ou portant atteinte aux droits de tiers via l'application mobile générée.
• Toute tentative de contournement des mécanismes de sécurité du service (décompilation de l'APK, interception des requêtes, usurpation de licenseKey) est strictement prohibée.

• L'application mobile générée est mise à disposition du marchand pour un usage exclusif dans le cadre de son abonnement actif.
• Le code source de l'application, la plateforme StoreA Pro et tous ses composants techniques restent la propriété exclusive de StoreA Pro.
• Les assets fournis par le marchand (logo, icône, images) restent sa propriété.

Le traitement des données personnelles est régi par notre Politique de Confidentialité, accessible à l'adresse storea-pro.com/privacy.

• StoreA Pro n'est pas responsable du contenu publié par les marchands dans leur boutique Shopify ni dans leur application mobile.
• StoreA Pro n'est pas partie aux transactions commerciales effectuées entre les marchands et leurs clients via Shopify.
• StoreA Pro s'engage à mettre en œuvre des mesures raisonnables pour assurer la disponibilité du service, sans garantie de disponibilité ininterrompue.

• Le marchand peut résilier son abonnement à tout moment depuis son dashboard.
• L'accès au service et à l'application mobile est maintenu jusqu'à la fin de la période d'abonnement en cours, sans remboursement au prorata.
• StoreA Pro se réserve le droit de suspendre ou de résilier un compte en cas de violation des présentes CGU, sans préavis.

Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit marocain. En cas de litige, les parties s'engagent à rechercher une résolution amiable. À défaut, les tribunaux compétents de Casablanca (Maroc) seront seuls compétents.
